Thingiverse definitely used to be infinitely worse than it is now If you're still debating on switching from thingiverse to prusa's collection site (printables.com), hopefully this gives you all you need to know (their search is so trash) I think people complaining about quality doing down lately, must be newer people to 3d printing.

It seems thingiverse has disabled 1 click downloading of items listed What are you favorite thingiverse alternatives? So the 90 file storage system i've found, that has 90 parts, it's now a 10 minute ordeal to download instead of 1 click for a zipped file
So has anyone got any recommendations to alternative sites like thingiverse?
Currently i will take a model form thingiverse and upload it into maker world from my own profile and then download it form there which is a very long and tedious process but when i’m in bambu studio my thingiverse files don’t show as an option how can i change this? Thingiverse and cults3d are both legit and probably the first stop for most printers Thingiverse is for free models but quality is all over the place and cults is better quality models but most have a price tag. Thingiverse is still very valid and growing
I’d like to know, from the perspective of someone who downloads others designs, which sight do you prefer, and why? I was required to find a poorly designed website for a college project and write about user experience and usability Thingiverse was an easy candidate for critique. Thingiverse suffers from episodes of appallingly bad performance, and the search function is sketchy, at best.
Haven't been printing for a little while and i used thingiverse for the first time yesterday
Apparently i came back just as they've removed the download all option and are now making you wait five seconds each time you download a file Who the hell is in charge there This is one heck of a way to kiss your user base goodbye
